Feminine and Masculine Consciousness, The Forgotten Connection

Traveling along a haphazard path, a journey through books, articles, lectures, people’s opinions and personal experiences, a theme takes shape. The forgotten. Patterns and energies, deep inner knowing from many years ago, that has been buried, disembodied, manipulated. We know of its existence, we can still perceive a remnant of this energy but we can not concretely grasp it any longer.

Our nervous systems still remembers but the front of our brains can not recall. When we try to recreate it intellectually we make a mockery of the original. The new version does not function correctly, rather it accentuates the modern fractured form. It is like we are missing something so obvious and we know it and we do not know what to do about it.

The texts that explained the forgotten are lost or destroyed. The apprenticeship line that passed the material down from person to person has been convoluted, secreted, changed by the filter of human intellect. How can we reconnect with the forgotten energy and incarnate it back into our modern existence?

This is a massive undertaking with many impasses. The energy that we speak of is not necessarily welcome here in this culture, it is still mistrusted. One little part of this undertaking focuses on the re-integration of feminine consciousness. This is not what was once meant by Feminism.

This is a reference to the reclaiming of a natural state of balanced energy, that we have access to within each of our own encased self. The interdependency and mutual transformation of the forces of masculine and feminine.

Trauma, a blunt force, a block within the individual, the family, the society, the planet, that hinders the process of these energies working together harmoniously. Trauma energy is running rampant in our culture, it is an active, unidentified disease that spreads among us. Trauma recovery is a determined pathway of work, directing us toward the healing of many long existent wounds of separation.

It requires many steps, a very basic one is to feel our emotions and not to attach them to our whole identity past, present and future. Individual work is not only just about the events of our own personal lives, it is always linked to greater pathways outside of ourselves. Once we can wether the waves of emotion with out it meaning anything about our identity, the pathway becomes freely moving within us and outside of us. Allowing clear access to our intuition, which we can use to direct us down an unbeaten path.

The reconnection to our inner knowing will facilitate our healing steps and steer us towards that which has been forgotten. If we trust our own guidance we can move toward a state of reunion of masculine and feminine consciousness within. The wholeness of these two forces working together can accomplish a great amount of restoration. Once the energies are allowed to work in tandem, many of the blocks that are in place to disempower humanity can begin to be surmounted.

It is much more inconvenient to operate from a place of fear, denial, ignorance when the intuition or inner sense is acting like a compass, a frequency that directs us towards truth.
Once the pathways of the heart have been cleared, it is much harder to commit an act of violence to yourself or other, because it feels unjustifiably wrong.
